Charles West

Charles is the vision behind Qualify and SQA Design. He has over eight years of experience working to improve QA processes in companies ranging from small startups to the fortune 500. With an extensive background in test automation & performance testing, he has pioneered new methods for creating test frameworks and work load models. In 2007 he brought the "relative impact extrapolation method" to performance testing and helped DHL and IBM solve a mission critical system failure. One year prior he developed custom tools to validate a fraud detection system for Vital Processing and created a test automation framework still in use by Pearson Digital Learning. His background continues with similar successes at American General Insurance, TRW, and WorldCom Wireless.

Peter Gissel

Peter Gissel has over twenty years of software engineering experience. Peter has concentrated on designing and developing middleware and distributed processing platforms for enterprise applications. He is co-author of a patented realtime data distribution middleware platform and has applied this technology and architecture in a number of large scale high throughput systems in a variety of different industries. He has worked directly with CBOT, CME, OPRA, Nasdaq, AMEX, NYSE, and other major high data volume exchanges specializing in realtime, low latency high data volume solutions. His expertise in development and management adds to SQA Design's solid technology foundation.
